We 3 Spies
What could be dearer than young children at Christmas-time? The entire cast consists of children in grades 1-6. Shh! Grab your dark shades and go undercover to join the exciting Christmas mission of We Three Spies. Agents E, L and F are recruits with the CIK (Christmas Intelligence Kids), a covert group of spies who secretly bring Christmas cheer to the needy. But this year they’re facing an especially difficult challenge: keeping Ms. Harriet (pronounced “Har-ret”) King, a Scrooge-like landlord, from evicting them from their headquarters, confiscating donations, and cancelling their Christmas Nativity program. It takes a little expert espionage and a lot of God’s unconditional love for Ms. King to change her tune as she finally joins the CIK and the entire town in a musical celebration of the true meaning of Jesus’ birth. We Three Spies is the latest creation from the acclaimed children’s writer Christy Semsen as she combines delightful storytelling, clever songs, and spot-on spiritual truth. This Christmas, your classified mission – should you choose to accept it – is to join "We Three Spies" as they blow their cover to proclaim joy to the world!
"King Jesus" Christmas Cabaret & Celebration with cocoa & cookie
Americans love to celebrate birthdays! We close schools, banks and post offices for Columbus’s birthday and we stage parades on St. Patrick’s Day. For those we love, we buy them gifts, throw them parties and sing special songs. But how do we celebrate the birth of a King? A king who was born to die? John 18:37 "Pilate therefore said unto him, Are You a king then? Jesus answered; You say that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my voice." So how do we celebrate the beginning of the glorious unfolding of God’s plan to salvage the people of the world? Well we buy a tremendous amount of gifts for each other, we decorate our homes, we send cards to all of our neighbors, friends and relatives and we place a tree that we decorate with lights, ornaments and other doodads in the middle of our living rooms of course! This year, we want to shift the focus from ourselves for one special evening of celebration on December 20. We want to celebrate and praise our “King Jesus” and we want you to join us! Please join us as we praise and celebrate what God has done for us through Jesus by using the gifts and he gave our talented line-up. There will be song and dance and a few other surprises. Though the little drummer boy is not biblical, we can learn a great lesson by his example. Just like that drummer boy, we bring "our best" for Him!
"You're a Good Man Charlie Brown"
This is a small but mighty and dynamic cast.
You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, a Musical
Based on the Comic Strip "Peanuts" by Charles M. Schulz
Book, Music and Lyrics by Clark Gesner
It seems to start off all right. After some brief comments on the nature of his character by his friends, Charlie Brown is swept into their center by a rousing tribute of only slightly qualified praise, in the song "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown". He is then left to his own musings as he eats his lunch on the school playground, complicated unbearably by the distant presence of his true love, the "little redheaded girl," who is always just out of sight.
Follow along as the entire "Peanuts" cast deals with life and the sometimes hard lessons it teaches, with Lucy, Schroeder, Linus, Patty, Charlie Brown and his very human dog Snoopy. A great family entertainment for everyone!
